Six days a week my Dad silently showered, shaved, got dressed and left for work before my Mother awoke. And every day, before he left, he wrote her a note. My mother kept them and ever since they passed away I’ve been wondering what to do with them. This year I made a weekly calender as […]

Just like David Letterman I have to ask “Is it something?” I love old photographs. Memories awakened. So playing around with those memories I thought I’d drop my old age in with my youth.

I’ve got a photoblog that I’m sure no one visits (much like this website). And that’s okay. It’s Zen like… it’s the doing of it that matters, not the thing itself. I have to make images and the photoblog provides a little motivation and outlet to fuel the fire. There is no rhyme or reason to […]

After my parents died I inherited boxes of photographs and only a handful are identified with dates and names. How tragic that I didn’t sit down with them to discover their cherished memories. So with that as motivation, I set out to create this book highlighting important images in our lives from 2000 to 2009.

I’ve created a very personal little book that chronicles my artistic photography endeavors over the last thirty plus years. There is quite a gap though between 1978 and 2000. Check out the book to find out why.
